Our T&Cs have been applied at Peachi Beauty Skincare and Nails with your convenience and satisfaction in mind. We do have certain deposit requirements in place which is to ensure all our lovely clients are able to enjoy their appointments and get availability when they desire and to not book up our diaries unnecessarily.

Complimentary
Consultation
All new clients will have a thorough consultation prior to their first treatment. This information will be kept confidential and kept in line with the Data Protection Act.
Punctuality
Please be aware that, as a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Any late arrivals to appointments may not be honoured.
If you know you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us to tell us.
We regret that if you are late arriving for your appointment the treatment will still finish at the appointment time, so other clients are not inconvenienced.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes after appointment time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the services you have booked and the appointment may be treated as cancelled without notice.
Cancellation
Policy
Please allow 48 hours notice to reschedule / amend your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time out to other clients. Please be aware that a full charge may be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is provided. Multiple on the day/ last minute cancellations will result in not being able to make future bookings.
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
We regret that if no payment is made, any future appointments will be cancelled.

Medical
Precautions &
Pregnancy
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or if you have any allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with us (and your doctor where necessary) prior to making your appointment as this may affect your treatment options.
Due to our insurance regulations we require a note from your doctor/midwife to say you are able to have a massage throughout your pregnancy after your first trimester.
Children &
Pets
Unfortunately, due to our insurance policy, and for health and safety reasons, children under 16 are not allowed in the salon unless they are having a treatment, in this case they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Some treatments are not suitable for children, please contact us for more information or if you are unsure.
For health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in the salon.
Deposits Policy
50% deposits must be paid for bookings that total more than £65.00. This is non-refundable unless more than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation / amendment.
Male
Treatments
Please note that male clients can only be treated by referral.
Complimentary
Parking
We are pleased to be able to offer our clients free parking. This is either available down the road (please be considerate of our neighbours and not block any driveways/ access) or alternatively when available on the driveway.
Parking on the driveway is available for the duration of your treatment and time at Peachi Beauty only. Please move your car as soon as you leave the salon to allow others to park their vehicles.

Duration
All times quoted in our treatment menu allow for consultation, treatment and vacation of the room following any treatment.
Loyalty Cards
We do not accept liability for any lost or stolen Loyalty cards. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they are kept safe.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a wonderful gift at any time of year and can be purchased for any amount or for any treatment.
We offer a complimentary presentation box for purchased gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers for amounts and standard treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers purchased for special offers will be valid for 3 months and are non-refundable.
Valuables
We encourage all our clients not to bring expensive personal belongings to the salon and to please take care of your valuables as we cannot accept liability for your items or their loss.
Mobile Phones &
Devices
Please turn off or place your device on silent before entering the salon to enable you and others to enjoy the tranquil environment and Peachi experience.

Protection
All personal information will be collected, processed and held in accordance with the provisions of EU regulations 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and your rights under the GDPR - ICO reference number ZB316842 - tier 1.
Smoking Policy
Peachi Beauty operates a strict no smoking policy both in the salon and on Peachi Beauty property.
Independent
Practitioners
Peachi Beauty cannot accept any liability for Independent Practitioners that host clinics from our premises, although we do ensure their qualifications and licenses are checked before allowing collaboration with our establishment.

We operate a strict appointment only booking system, we are unable to accept walk-ins. Please contact us to make a booking or ask us a question.
Full Body Massage
This treatment includes the; back, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, and neck.
Blue Light Card
At Peachi Beauty we are proud to support you because you support us! We offer 10% discount against treatment to anyone who holds a Blue Light Card.

Product Refunds
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for credit only when accompanied with a valid receipt if purchased directly from us at our premises.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on opened, damaged or used products.
Products not purchased directly through us at Peachi Beauty but via an online portal using a link (ie; via the Dermalogica shop) can not be returned to us. Please see the individual retailers return and refund policies.
Patch Tests
New clients will require a patch test 48 hours before any tinting can be carried out. Regular clients will also need to patch text if they haven’t had the treatment in the last 6 months.
Please note; some treatments may require a consultation or further information before the treatment can be carried out e.g, Pro Power Peel, Pro Power Eye Flash.
Patch test appointments and separate consultation appointments are bookable and are charged for, (please see our treatment menu for further information), however, if you are suitable for the treatment, these can be redeemed against your first booking of that treatment.
